NAS and KS grant you a limited, personal, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Website only in the manner presented by NAS and KS, and only as expressly permitted by them. You hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAS and KS as well as their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the website.

DISPUTES

This website is administered by NAS’ Marketing Department located in Kuwait City, Kuwait. By accessing this Website, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Kuwait and to the Kuwait Court. You also agree with NAS and KS that any disputes or matters arising out of or related to your use of this Website shall be governed under the laws of the State of Kuwait, excluding (i) Kuwait’s conflicts of laws principles; (ii) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

GENERAL

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy to be invalid or unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
